Actor
Tom has been professionally acting since 2013. His screen credits include series regular 'Archie Radler' in BBC One drama 'Our Zoo', appearances in 'Doctors' and 'Coronation Street' and several short films. On stage he has appeared at The Royal Exchange in Manchester, many productions at UCLan in Preston and several national touring pieces. He has also provided motion capture and voiceover performances for games, animations and radio. Above are some production shots and to the right is his showreel to show examples of his performances.
Dapertutto
Dapertutto has been devising original work since 2015, having been created at UCLan by four graduates. They have performed twice at Lancashire Encounter Festival, once at the Manchester Fringe festival and undergone a national tour to studio spaces with their piece Lionman which was funded by Arts Council England. Tom is one of the Co-Artistic Directors and has acted has producer as well. Above are some images from previous productions and to the right a trailer for their show Lionman.
Facilitator
Tom's work as a facilitator has seen him work with several established companies. These include Royal Exchange, Oldham Coliseum, UCLan, Wildthings Performing Arts CIC and Hello Preston. Working with a wide variety of participants, whether professional performers or community participants, Tom's approach is always to create a warm, safe, exploratory environment where artistic ideas are played with freely and without judgement. His specialism in Theatrical Biomechanics leads his workshops to focus on crafting specific, detailed physical work.
